When Reno was just a town, it aspired to be "The Biggest Little City in the World".  Since then it has become more than a glitzy array of casino glamour.  Now, the little city is struggling to retain its simpler town-like community.  Along with economic and infrastructure challenges, our area is plagued with typical human failures.  Various abuses, addictions, gangs and poverty issues have all taken root here.

Many have given up any aspirations to change the direction of our community.  You may have heard some say, "It's no use... unless you're rich or you know special people.  Your voice will not be heard."  Now, with the majority of ordinary folks throwing in the towel and not meaningfully participating in community decisions... Whose agenda will steer the course of our city and where will we end up?
